How To: Learn Our Keyboard Shortcuts

We’ve added several handy links to your admin footer recently with shortcuts and tips on how to be even more efficient (and awesome) at using Projeqt. One of those links will pull up our keyboard shortcuts cheat sheet. This is the kind of cheating that won’t get you expelled.
And if you didn’t already realize this, you can navigate the front-end of your Projeqt with the arrow keys.

NEW: Moving Slides/Stacks With Our Clipboard

NEW: CLIPBOARD

Moving a slide in between stacks is now possible with our nifty clipboard function.

1. To copy a slide to your clipboard, hover over the desired slide and click “Copy”, or drag the slide onto the clipboard navigation bar, located at the bottom of your admin page. Your slide will be added to the clipboard, and you’re free to navigate to another stack within your Projeqt.

2. When you’re ready to “paste” the slide, simply drag it from your clipboard into the desired location within any stack.

Although you can only do this for one slide at a time right now, that will be changing in the near future.

NEW: Transparent Image Slides

This should get your creative juices flowing! Projeqt image slides now support transparent .png files. How you decide to use it could totally redefine the way your Projeqt looks and feels. Click here to check out the transparent slide demo, and to see it action.

And as always, if you think you’ve used it in a way that’s more imaginative than everyone else, send us a link – we’d love to have a look.

Improved: RSS Slides Now Features Images

IMPROVED: RSS SLIDE NOW PULLS IN IMAGES
If you’ve ever used the RSS slide in Projeqt, you’ll know how it neatly pulls in the RSS text feed from any blog or website. Our RSS slide has recently undergone a facelift, and now automatically pulls in all images from the feed as well. There can never be too many visuals, right?
However, if you’re not a fan of visuals, you still have the option to switch off the image embeds by unchecking the “Show Images” option on your RSS slide.

POTW: Lapino Albino

PROJEQT OF THE WEEK: The creative team at Lapino Albino show us how they do things a little differently.

This Belgian audio-visual production team of four, stood out with the way the told the story of their agency, through this Projeqt: The Real Barbershop Story. The story starts with the video reel, and is cushioned with storyboards from the video itself – as a sort of preview. We love their sense of humor, and how they used Projeqt to simply tell the story of who they are, and what their company represents.
